Adobe's Xmas presents – Flex, AIR, BlazeDS

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

Adobe gives us Xmas presents few days in advance :) On Adobe Labs, you can find new Flex 3 Beta 3 with AIR beta 3 and new open source product BlazeDS, which is the server-based Java remoting and web messaging technology that enables developers to easily connect to back-end distributed data and push data in real-time to Adobe® Flex™ and Adobe AIR™ applications for more responsive rich Internet application (RIA) experiences. Adobe has also published AMF binary data protocol specification, on which the BlazeDS remoting implementation is based.

Merry Xmas from Adobe :)

A little bit late this time, but can I ask you a question – have not you been dissapointed when Adobe bough Flash? I do think it lost some of it’s flavour. Greetings from Russia to Slovakia! A subscriber to your blog.
